The manifest lists Rosa Fontannesceri, 45, as a widow, with Francesco, 14, Maria Rosa (Mamie), 9, and Antonio, 5. Arrived 21 April 1905 from Naples on the SS Gallia. Family interpretation: they were joining Pietro and Saverio Radice at 1344 32nd St., Washington, D.C., as read from the manifest. Rosa’s widow status indicates that Donato had died before this arrival; it does not establish where he died.
